We are online retailers who import Miniature Collectables and also supply New Zealand products being Art, Crafts or Souviners. We are constantly on the look out sourcing new product to offer you, our customers.
We pride ourselves in our exceptional customer service and we try our hardest to make shopping as pleasurable and enjoyable as possible. We hope you enjoy browsing our store and if you have any comments or suggestions we would be glad to here from you. Please use our "contact us" form to do so.

Returns & Replacements
Our intention is that you are delighted with your purchases and the service you receive. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund or a replacement item. Just return the item to us within 14 days of when you receive it.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged the refund will NOT include shipping costs. The items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and the refund will only be processed once the item has been checked by kiwiart4u.com
Returning an item
Please follow the instructions below when returning an item:
- If we have made a mistake when processing your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
- Any items delivered to the customer in a deffective or damaged condition and reported to us within 14 days can be returned or exchanged at no cost to the customer. If you do receive damaged or deffective goods, please report it to us via telephone, fax or email and we will help you through the process.
- If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our order, you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you have received free shipping on your order, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- You must obtain prior approval from kiwiart4u.com before returning an item. Please contact us by email, fax, or telephone, explain the issues and we will give you further instructions.
- Items returned must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.
- Please ensure all returns sent to kiwiart4u.com are sent with tracking and/or insurance as kiwiart4u.com cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- If your purchase is returned due to being defective, damaged or the incorrect product, shipping costs will be refunded.
Browsing and Adding Items to the Cart
As you browse through our store you will find many products for sale. To find more indepth information about a particular product i.e. measurements & see an enlarged photo just click on the products photo and this action will take you there.
If you are wanting to return to the same category you were in prior to seeing the detailed information, simply click on the path underneath the items title and it will take you back.
For instance. if you were looking at the Brass Towel Rack in the Bathroom/Toilet/Laundry category. Simply click on Bathroom/Toilet/Laundry to go back there. Alternatively, if you wanted to go to the start then you might want to click on Miniatures.
To purchase the item run the cursor over the Kiwi Add to Cart button 
and it will change to green at this point click the button 
and it will add your purchase to the cart. You can check that this has happened by looking up at the top right hand corner of the screen where the Shopping Cart Summary is now appearing.
Selecting More than 1 of an Item: Instead of Adding to Cart straight away, divert by clicking on the items picture. Once in the next screen you can alter the quantity and then click on the 
button .
To Delete an Item from the Cart: Go to the top right hand corner of the screen where the Cart Summary is, click the option 
. If you click on this button it will take you to a more detailed summary of your order. You will see an 
button. Click this button which is beside the entry you want to remove and it will be deleted.
Once you have browsed and altered your order in the view cart option, you can then checkout and purchase the items in your shopping cart, you do so as follows
Click the "Visit Checkout" button where you will be presented with an address screen, if you are a new customer you will need to type your address details in the fields supplied, alternatively it may have your address details stored from your last purchase. If you want the goods delivered to someone other than yourself then we have a secondary address field to advise us who we are to send the parcel to.
Once happy with the address details press continue. This action will take you to the shipping options screen. If the item is being sent within New Zealand you will be given your two postage options NZPost or Courier Post. International customers also have 2 options, Global Mail or Express which you can choose from. Select one then press Continue.
Lastly, is the confirmation page. This will show you your items purchased and freight costs in an invoice format. You will be given payment options to select from. Select your choice and confirm your order. Do not worry about printing this page as we will send you an email with your order details as a result of your confirmation.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card you will be forwarded automatically to our secure screen to make payment - once the payment has been made, you will then be returned to kiwiart4u.com.
- Credit Cards: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Cheques are accepted in New Zealand dollars only and your order will be despatched on clearance of the cheque.

- Bank Deposit - if you select this option during the checkout process our bank account details will be given to you so you may make your payment. Your purchase will be despatched at the time your funds reach our account.
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from kiwiart4u.com's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Customs Sticker
kiwiart4u.com is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-New Zealand shipments. We are unable to honour any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
GST
A Goods Service Tax (GST) may be applied to certain items shipped to a New Zealand destination. The total GST charges (if any) will be calculated for you before you place your order.

If you have purchased from our store, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities. We may also contact you if you have entered one of our contests or sweepstakes.
